This Privacy Policy explains how MEDIATIO PURE d.o.o. (MIVIONI) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit the mivioni.com online store, make a purchase or contact us.

2. Data we collect

• Contact and delivery data: name, shipping and billing address, e-mail address, phone number.
• Order and payment data: products purchased, amounts, payment method and payment confirmations. Card data is processed by authorised payment service providers; we do not store it.
• Account data: if you create an account – e-mail, preferences and order history.
• Communications with us: the content of enquiries, complaints and withdrawal statements.
• Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser type, cookies and similar technologies, how you use the website.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Performance of a contract – processing and delivering orders, payments, returns, withdrawals and customer support.
• Legal obligations – accounting and tax, handling complaints and guarantee claims, consumer protection obligations.
• Legitimate interest – website security, fraud prevention, improving our service.
• Consent – newsletters and marketing messages, marketing and analytics cookies. You can withdraw your consent at any time (unsubscribe link in every e-mail or cookie settings on the website), without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

We share your data only as far as necessary for these purposes, with trusted service providers acting on our behalf or as independent controllers:

• GLS (parcel delivery),
• Klaviyo (e-mails and newsletters),
• Judge.me (collecting and displaying reviews),
• Meta, Google and Microsoft Clarity (advertising and analytics, only with your consent),
• our accountants and public authorities where required by law.

We do not sell your data.

5. Transfers outside the EEA

Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer is based on a European Commission adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention

We keep order and invoice data for as long as accounting and tax law requires (generally 11 years). Marketing data is kept until you withdraw your consent. Other data is kept as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for or for establishing and defending legal claims.

We use cookies that are necessary for the website to work and, with your consent, analytics and marketing cookies. You can change your cookie settings at any time via the cookie settings on the website.

Our services are not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take all reasonable steps to protect your data.
