Returns and Withdrawal

1. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded in our online store within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you received the product. If you ordered several products in one order that were delivered separately, the period starts when you receive the last product.

2. How to withdraw

You can withdraw from the contract in any of the following ways:

Any unequivocal statement that you are withdrawing is sufficient. You may use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but this is not obligatory. The deadline is met if you send your statement before it expires. We will confirm receipt of your statement by e-mail without delay.

3. Returning the products

Please send the products back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you sent us your withdrawal statement, to:

You bear the direct cost of returning the products. You are only liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

4. Exception – opened cosmetic products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery. This applies to cosmetic products whose protective film, seal or packaging has been opened after delivery. Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned without restriction.

5. Refunds

After receiving your withdrawal statement, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we received your statement. If you chose a more expensive type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer, we will not refund the additional cost.

We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them, whichever is earlier.

6. Damaged or faulty products

If a parcel is damaged or a product is faulty, please let us know as soon as possible at contact@mivioni.com, stating your order number and, if possible, attaching photos of the product and packaging. This helps us resolve the issue faster but does not limit your statutory rights under the legal guarantee in any way.
