Contract withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you received the products. You can do this easily using the form below.

Please note: the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed cosmetic products that were unsealed after delivery (for health protection and hygiene reasons). Details on returning products, costs and refunds are in our Returns and Withdrawal Policy.

We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal notice by e-mail without delay. The deadline is met if you send your notice before the 14-day period expires.

You can also send your withdrawal notice by e-mail to contact@mivioni.com or by post to MEDIATIO PURE d.o.o., Coattova ulica 22, 52100 Pula, Croatia – you may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.
